I don’t think I could find a better apartment complex! The property is beautiful! The staff is very friendly. Alyssa was wonderful and such a great help! I am obsessed with the pool. It’s large and even includes a lazy river! & the set up in the pool area is super cute!

Not only is the apartment complex clean, nice, and modern with an exceptional location to a major highway. The staff is one of a kind and the amazing effort put into making the residents feel welcome and comfortable in their new place. They go above and beyond and always with a smile on their face.

My fiancé chose Waters Edge at Mansfield and I’m glad she did . I love living here. The apartments are new with beautiful finishes. Very elegant and modern. They are built solid and very quiet. The pool is amazing and we take advantage of the great gym they have. We love the spin bar ! The location is awesome and convenient. I have met a variety of neighbors and they are very pleasant. Just an overall great place and beautiful property to call home . The staff is amazing and attentive.

I have lived in this community for over 14 months and love it. It is well taken care of. The amenities are incredible. The leasing office and management staff are very responsive and friendly. Any maintenance issues have been resolved immediately. And I love my neighbors! Cindy B.
